All our miniature are printed with 4K and 8K printers at 0.04 layer height for maximum details.

Once printed the model is cleaned by hand, the model will be ready to use but sometimes there may be a little extra cleaning required this can be easily done with a knife or sandpaper, just like any other miniature.
In the unlikely scenario that your miniature suffers a major breakage while getting to you, please let us know and send a photo and we'll do our best to help. (Small breaks can be repaired using super glue).
